Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Q: I won’t lose my financial aid if I take a semester to study abroad?
  • A: No. Typically, you remain enrolled as a full-time student at your home school while studying abroad, so you won't loose your financial aid eligibility. Moreover, at many schools financial aid can be directly applied to study abroad programs.
  • Q: I don't speak a foreign language. Can I still study abroad?
  • A: Yes! There are different programs available in which your courses will be taught in English even though it isn’t the native language.
