Hi,
I’m Jan and I am the Office Manager and
Support Services Coordinator here at CU Online. I assist students
in learning about online courses and the registration process. I
also assist faculty in the administrative process in teaching at
CU Online. In addition, I ensure open communication and make sure
the office is staffed and running smoothly!
I have lived in Colorado most of my life. My
education includes a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management
obtained through Metropolitan State College of Denver. I have
been on the Auraria Campus for over six years, and at CU Online
since May of 2001. My professional background includes Customer
Service Supervision, Contract Management, and Managing a Network
Operations Center. My customer service background together with
my technical background has made for a good match here at CU Online.
Outside of work, I am the proud mother of a
three year old son and a step mother to a three year old daughter.
In addition, I have recently gotten married and am a proud wife
as well! My son keeps my busy, and like mom, enjoys playing on
the computer! My personal likes include sports (Go Broncos!),
reading, and a hidden desire to write children’s books.
