The RN-Bachelor of Science degree program, based on the Colorado Nursing Articulation Model, is an educational pathway available for registered nurses who desire career mobility and professional development.

The RN to BS program is currently only available to nurses who are residents of Colorado, members of Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN) or employed by Presbyterian Health Systems, Inc. in New Mexico.

Why This RN to BS Program?

This online program is designed for adult learners who want to complete the B.S. degree while working and need the flexibility and access that online courses naturally provide. Nursing and non-nursing education are recognized and working schedules and life commitments are accommodated through educational technology, including web-based courses and online learning.

You'll be able to progress from a diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing to a BS degree without testing to verify previous nursing education according to the Colorado Nursing Articulation Model.

Program Requirements

The RN to BS curriculum provides for competency development in professional nursing, nursing research, health assessment for RNs, and clinical experiences in leadership and management, case management, and public health nursing.
