External Parties: Full day rental (Weekdays, regular business hours) $500
Partial day rental (4 hours or less) $350*
Internal Parties (University of Colorado at Denver affiliates) **: Full day rental (Weekdays, regular business hours) $350
Partial day rental (4 hours or less) $200*
* Each individual room reservation will be billed at the minimum Partial day rental rate.

** There is no charge for events presented by affiliates of the University of Colorado at Denver in which at least 75% of attendees are UCD faculty or staff members.: A. Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Evening or weekend rentals may include a $50 per hour fee for support of the facility.

B. The signed contract and payment must be received by the Center for Human Resources prior to the scheduled event in order to hold your reservation.

C. Notice of cancellation must be given more than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled event to avoid a cancellation fee. Events canceled five days or fewer prior to the scheduled event will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the assessed charges.
